Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we hand it to a courier and send you a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your parcel until it reaches you.

How it works

  1. After you place an order, our team confirms it and prepares it for shipment.
  2. When the parcel is handed to the courier, we record a tracking number for your order.
  3. We send that tracking number to you directly (over the phone number or WhatsApp you used at checkout).
  4. Enter the tracking number on the courier's tracking page to see your parcel's current status and location.

Using your tracking number

Open the courier's tracking page, paste in the tracking number we sent you, and submit. The page will show whether your parcel is in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.

Didn't get a tracking number?

Not every order ships with courier tracking (for example, some local hand-offs or cash-on-delivery orders). If your order has shipped and you haven't received a tracking number, contact us and we'll help you locate your order.
